Due to the nature of our products, Ethos Laboratories does not offer Returns, Refunds or Exchanges of any kind for sales of COVID-19 tests, unless there is a manufacturer recall on a lot number. Should a recall occur, Ethos Laboratories will follow the manufacturer guidance on whether a replacement or refund shall occur.
